About
Dr. Ceyu Xu joined the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) as a Research Assistant Professor in 2026. He received his B.S. degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2020 and his Ph.D. degree from Duke University in 2024. Prior to his current appointment, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at HKUST from 2025 to 2026. His research focuses on efficient computer architecture and systems for next-generation language and artificial intelligence models. Dr. Xu’s work has been published in top computer architecture and systems conferences, including ISCA, MICRO, and ASPLOS.
